What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our services and products. We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on non-subscription products. 4. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Physical Returns & Non-Subscription Products

Currently, we do not sell any physical products on these websites. 

4.2 Subscriptions, Trials, and Digital Products

Free Trials: Your MonetizePro.ai subscription may start with a free trial. You can cancel your trial anytime before the trial period ends to avoid charges.

Free trial eligibility: Eligibility is determined by DigitalMarketer at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent DigitalMarketer membership are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent DigitalMarketer membership to determine eligibility. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.

Trial Billing: At the end of the free trial, we will charge your payment method for the subscription fee unless you cancel. Your subscription will renew monthly or annually unless canceled prior to the billing date.

Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are charged on a monthly or annual basis on the calendar day corresponding to the start of your paid membership. Payments are non-refundable after billing has been processed. You can cancel your membership at any time via the "Billing details" section on your account page.

5. REFUND POLICY

Marketing Services: No refunds or guarantees are provided once services have been rendered. A 60-day written notice is required to cancel marketing services.

Software: No pro-rated refunds for canceled software subscriptions after billing. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Events: Tickets are non-refundable for no-shows. However, if a ticket holder attends the full event and is dissatisfied, they may request a refund.

Design Services: No refunds are provided for design services. A satisfaction-based approach is used, ensuring the client is happy with the final product.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Software Subscriptions: Cancellations require a 3-day notice before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No refunds are available after billing.

Event Cancellations: Event tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in promotional materials.

7. GLOBAL CLIENTELE & CURRENCY

We offer services globally. Pricing is displayed in USD, and international clients are responsible for any currency exchange fees.

8. SECURITY AND PCI COMPLIANCE

We use industry-standard SSL encryption and implement all best practice security features provided by GoHighLevel to ensure secure transactions and the protection of your data.

9. PROMOTIONS AND FREE TRIALS

Free Trials: Our software offers a free trial, allowing users to cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. After the trial period, billing automatically starts unless canceled.

Discounts: Discounts and promotions have specific terms outlined at the time of offer. Promotions may not be combined unless specified and are valid only for the duration stated.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MonetizeMedia.io and MonetizePro.ai, including but not limited to our services, graphics, and content, contain proprietary information owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to modify, sell, or distribute any of our services or content without permission.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS AND COMMUNITIES

We reserve the right to remove posts or comments that are negative, offensive, or irrelevant. No unsolicited pitches or advertising within our social media groups or forums. Members who violate community guidelines may be removed from the group.

12. LIVE EVENTS

Event Refunds: You may request a 50% refund up to 60 days before the event. No refunds are processed within 30 days of the event. Unused tickets will be forfeited.

Ticket Transfers: Transfers must be processed 30 days before the event, and a $50 transfer fee will apply.

13. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

MonetizeMedia and MonetizePro.ai are not responsible for technical malfunctions or interruptions in service. Refunds will only be provided for issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content or services.

14. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when registering for our services. MonetizeMedia and MonetizePro.ai may store your account information securely for billing purposes.
